Why did I only receive part of my order?
If you ordered a blanket, mug, or physical print, that part of your order will automatically ship separately from the rest of your order. These items also ship individually, so if you ordered more than one, you will be receiving separate packages. Once your products begin to ship, you will receive multiple shipping notification if you have a variety of items. Rest assured, you will be receiving everything you ordered!
Can I return or exchange my products?
Our customer satisfaction is our top priority. Return your order within 30 days of delivery using our online returns portal.
Items that cannot be returned include home goods, accessories, and anything labeled pre-order. We will not accept any returns that have been washed or have normal wear and tear.
