When will my order ship?

- Artwork prints ship within one week of ordering.

- Blankets ship within 1-2 weeks of ordering.

- Stickers ship within 2 weeks of ordering.

- Garments ship within 2-3 weeks of ordering (excluding weekends)

- Artwork, blankets, and mugs automatically ship separately. If ordering stickers and shirts together, they will ship together with the 2-3 week turnaround time. 

Why did I only receive part of my order?

If you ordered a blanket, mug, or physical print, that part of your order will automatically ship separately from the rest of your order. These items also ship individually, so if you ordered more than one, you will be receiving separate packages. Turnaround time on blankets, mugs, and prints is much quicker than shirts. Once your product ships, you will receive a shipping notification. Because my manufacturer has power to mark your product as shipped, it automatically marks your entire order as complete even though you did not receive your shirt. I apologize for this confusion. Once we ship your shirt, you will receive a separate shipping notification from our end. Rest assured, you will be receiving all of your items!

What kind of shirts do you use?

All of our adult designs are printed on either Comfort Colors or Bella Canvas Garments, the choice is yours! Toddler and youth tees are done on Rabbit Skins, LAT and Gildan. Please keep in mind that colors among the styles will differ. “Mommy and me” will not match exactly. Please refer to our size charts for on each individual listing to help with choosing the correct size.

Will I be able to order shirts from two different drops at the same time?

No, with each drop comes a rotation of the shirts that are available in our store! If you want something that is available now, and then something that is coming up, you will need to place two different orders. Blankets, mugs, and artwork, however, stay in the shop all the time!

Why isn’t [this shirt] available? When will you restock?

We drop new designs twice a month . (on the 1st and 15th) and restock . old designs every Friday. Keep an eye out for your favorite designs!

Why is there a spot or discoloring on my shirt?

Every shirt is pre-treated before the printing process begins. We do NOT pre-wash shirts before sending them out to you, which means the pre-treat is still exposed. If there are any spots or discoloration, 99% of the time it is pre-treat which washes out in the first wash.

How should I care for my shirts?

Wash inside out on cold, and hang to dry. Do NOT iron directly over the graphic. If needing to iron, turn the shirt inside out to iron out the design.

Can I return or exchange my products?

Due to the nature of our products being made-to-order for each individual customer, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. However, we do understand that sometimes things happen and issues occur during production. If there is a problem with your order, please email within 30 days of receiving your order. We are happy to assist you and do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied!
