Beginning this month, we have some big changes happening with Darling Dream Co.! Or rather, we are getting back to our roots and the way things used to be!
Don’t worry, we aren’t going anywhere. We are coming up on 5 years of Darling Dream Co., which is absolutely crazy. During these 5 years, we have learned a LOT. We have tried tons of new things, and we really feel like we’ve figured out what works best for our company and for our customers. We are so excited to be focusing more on graphic tees and sweatshirts, with a few larger collections sprinkled throughout the year. I am SO excited to get back to the creativity of designing t-shirts and sweatshirts. We already have so many new ideas for this year, and I can’t wait to bring them to life.
Another thing we are moving back to is pre-order. We love the endless possibilities we are able to offer with pre-orders: no sell-outs, multiple color and style options, and unlimited amounts in each size, all catered to our customers’ best interest! Our pre-orders will remain open for five days at a time, which will allow for you to place your orders at a time that works best for you!
Our drops will be every Monday. Some Mondays will be brand-new designs, while other Mondays will be restocks of highly demanded designs. And as I mentioned previously, we will still have a few larger collections dropping throughout the year. March has 5 Mondays, which means there is a lot of fun stuff coming! Monday, March 3rd, will be our HOGWARTS DROP! I am so excited about this drop. We will have four house shirts, each on the corresponding house color. Along with these 4 t-shirts, we will also be bringing back our School of Wizardry t-shirt, designed by Nichole Marie. This design will come on a regular faded green tee, and a boxy cropped peach tee. You’ve got that right… 6 shirts to choose from! All of these designs will also be available in kids’ sizes. The pre-order will open Monday, March 3rd at 7am PST / 10am EST. You will be able to order until Friday 3/7 at midnight. All pre-orders have a 2-3 week turnaround time. Set those reminders so you don’t let the week slip by!
On Monday, March 10th, we are having a PIRATES drop! With our Pirates Drop, we will be bringing back all of the tees we’ve ever done related to Pirates of the Caribbean. The first is our old school Pirate’s Life tee, which we are now renaming to Yo Ho. Back in the day, this tee was only offered on a crimson red. This time we will be bringing it back on the same red, but also adding a boxy crop ivory option. The reason we are renaming this shirt is because we are also bringing back our collaboration shirt with Vacation Patches! This classic black tee is double-sided and perfect for men and women. Our third and final tee coming during our Pirates Drop is our Dead Men Tell No Tales tee. All three of these shirts will be available for pre-order beginning Monday, March 10th, at 7am PST / 10am EST. The pre-order will be open until Friday 3/14 at midnight. Don’t forget to mark those calendars! Ahoy Matey!
On Monday, March 17th, we are having a BOOK DROP! This drop will consist of restocks of all the “bookish” tees we’ve ever carried, as well as a brand new design being introduced! The shirts coming back will consist of our “Main Street Bookstore” t-shirts and sweatshirts, which will be offered on the same colors as last time. The second design will be our best-selling “Stuck in a Book” t-shirt and sweatshirt. Both of these will be offered on Belle Blue. The third design coming back will be our “Inexhaustible Magic” t-shirt, inspired by a Hogwarts bookshelf. We will be adding a brand new design as well, that you will have to wait and see! The pre-order for our Book Drop will open on Monday, March 17th, at 7am PST / 10am EST. It will be open until Friday 3/21 at midnight.
On Monday, March 24th, we will be having our large SWIMWEAR COLLECTION DROP! I am so incredibly excited for our swim line this year. If you’ve been around for a while, you may remember a towel I designed back in the first year of Darling Dream Co. that consisted of ice cream cones made out of Disney characters. I brought back this idea, gave it a complete revamped look, and slapped it on an entire collection of swimwear. We will be offering women’s tankinis and cover ups, men’s swim trunks, boys’ swim trunks and swim shirts, girls’ swimsuits, and towels. These bright and fun designs scream “SUMMER” and will be perfect to add to your kids’ spring/Easter baskets. The collection will drop on Monday, March 24th, at 7am PST / 10am EST. Our ship time on this drop will be estimated at 1-2 weeks. Set those reminders, because this is not considered pre-order, and we CAN sell out!
On Monday, March 31st, our final drop of March will consist of our best-selling “I’m not a regular ____, I’m a magical ____” designs! This collection has three different designs: Mom, Adult, and Teacher. All three will be back and available for pre-order on a few different garment options. I am so excited to bring these back, because there truly is something for everyone! This drop will be available for pre-order beginning on Monday, March 31st at 7am PST / 10am EST. The pre-order will run until Friday 4/4. Don’t forget to set a reminder so you don’t miss out on these highly demanded t-shirts!
Darling Dream Co. has so many exciting things in store for 2025., and we are so excited! LET’S DO THIS! Thank you for your love and support, and for making all of my dreams come true. I get to create magic every single day, and that is something I will never take for granted!
